Cockburn ARC is the City of Cockburn's leading edge recreation and aquatic centre, unlike anything else in Perth. We have 9 water areas, a 6 court stadium, 3 group fitness studios and a new 1500sqm gym.
This integral role is responsible for maintaining the technical integrity of the aquatic facility, including water quality, pool plant and equipment, and general cleanliness of the pools and surrounding areas. The role leads a team of Lifeguards and oversees daily operations including pool supervision, staff coordination, customer service, and technical maintenance.
About You
In addition to possessing the requisite qualifications, you will have previous supervisory experience, preferably within an aquatic/leisure facility. You must have highly developed communication skills, be a proactive problem solver and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Salary: $85,331 - $91,017 per annum plus super, depending on qualifications and experience
