Salary Range $79,873 - $93,944 (inclusive of 15% loading) + 12% Super Based in Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre

At AFAC, our Duty Managers don’t just supervise shifts. They protect experiences, support teams, and ensure our community can swim, train and relax with confidence.
About the Role
As the Duty Manager, you’ll be trusted to lead safe operations across our pools, plant systems and facilities - often behind the scenes, but always making a difference. This role is about outcomes, not just tasks. You’ll be the person who:
- Ensures water quality, plant systems and facilities are safe, compliant and running smoothly
- Creates calm, well-managed environments for staff and patrons
- Leads and supports lifeguards and operational staff during your shift
- Responds confidently to incidents, maintenance issues and operational challenges
- Works closely with contractors and internal teams to minimise downtime and risk
Weekends you are the senior point of contact for emergencies and when required step into Senior or Pool Lifeguard shifts, helping maintain continuity of service and strong team support.
