We're on the hunt for a ๐๐๐น๐น ๐ง๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ ๐๐พ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐ผ๐ฟ to help lead the charge across our two aquatic facilities at Leschenault Leisure Centre and Dr Peter Topham Memorial Swimming Pool (seasonal) in Harvey.
This is more than a pool deck role - itโs an opportunity to lead a team, uphold strong operational standards and play a key part in the ongoing improvement of our aquatic facilities.

Holds LIWA Group 1 accreditation
Has experience in a busy leisure centre environment
Leads with professionalism, accountability and a solutions-focused mindset
Takes pride in safety, compliance and high operational standards
In this role youโll supervise lifeguards, support programs, conduct inspections and water testing, manage equipment and act as Venue Officer on opening shifts โ ensuring our aquatic spaces remain safe, well managed and community-focused.

Level 4 salary: $74,120 โ $78,415 per annum (depending on experience)
12% super + potential Shire matching contributions
4 weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading
Free membership to LLC, Harvey Recreation & Cultural Centre and DPTMSP
Permanent full time position (38 hours per week, rotating roster)
