The Shire of Harvey is looking for a ๐๐ช๐ก๐ก-๐ฉ๐๐ข๐ ๐๐ฌ๐๐ข ๐๐๐๐ค๐ค๐ก ๐พ๐ค๐ค๐ง๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐ค๐ง to lead our thriving swim school program at Leschenault Leisure Centre.
With over 900 enrolments each term, our program is a key part of the community and weโre looking for the right person to help take it even further.

Minimum 3 yearsโ experience teaching swimming and water safety

Excellent customer service and communication skills
โ
Current CPR, First Aid, WWC and AUSTSWIM or SAT accreditation

๐ Lead the daily operations of our Swim School
๐ Support instructors and ensure high-quality, safe, inclusive programs
๐ Create a welcoming, community-focused environment where everyone feels confident and valued
๐๐๐ฎ ๐ฎ๐ค๐ชโ๐ก๐ก ๐ก๐ค๐ซ๐ ๐๐ฉ:
๐น Full-time permanent role, 38 hours/week
๐น Salary $80,577 โ $84,509 per year, plus 12% superannuation
๐น Four weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading
