About the Role
As a Pool Lifeguard at AFAC, you’ll be a visible, trusted presence across our aquatic areas. You’ll maintain safety, respond quickly and professionally to incidents, and help create a welcoming, well-managed environment for all patrons.
You will:
• Monitor multiple zones with awareness and focus
• Respond to first aid situations or rescues
• Guide patrons on safe behaviour and facility rules
• Support swimming lessons, carnivals, and aquatic programs • Keep facilities clean, organised, and ready for use
• Work closely with Senior Lifeguards, Duty Managers, and the Aquatic Operations team
