The Shire of Harvey is looking for a 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡-𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙎𝙬𝙞𝙢 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧 to lead our thriving swim school program at Leschenault Leisure Centre.

With over 900 enrolments each term, our program is a key part of the community and we’re looking for the right person to help take it even further.

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙚’𝙧𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧:

✅ Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching swimming and water safety

✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills

✅ Current CPR, First Aid, WWC and AUSTSWIM or SAT accreditation

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪’𝙡𝙡 𝙙𝙤:

👉 Lead the daily operations of our Swim School

👉 Support instructors and ensure high-quality, safe, inclusive programs

👉 Create a welcoming, community-focused environment where everyone feels confident and valued

𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙮𝙤𝙪’𝙡𝙡 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙩:

🔹 Full-time permanent role, 38 hours/week

🔹 Salary $80,577 – $84,509 per year, plus 12% superannuation

🔹 Four weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading

🔹 Free membership to LLC, Harvey Recreation & Cultural Centre, and Harvey Pool
