Skills
Excellent working with children patients of a saint. I couldn’t imagine doing anything else in my life than being a swimming teacher. I would do it for free. If I could afford to becoming a swimming teacher changed my life. I am really good at my job. Good at class control I’m not strict otherwise still expect respect and I give that respect back to the children.
About
I’m an experienced, AUSTSWIM-qualified Swim Teacher seeking a casual or part-time
role where I can help people of all ages feel confident and safe in the water. I bring a
warm, energetic teaching style, strong safety focus, and a track record of great results and
happy families.
Why I’m a strong fit
• Qualifications: AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety (current), First Aid &
CPR (current), Working With Children Check (current), National Police Clearance
(current).
• Experience: Lesson delivery across infants, preschool, school-age, teens, adults and
inclusive programs; perpetual/term programs; squad transition and stroke correction.
• Safety & professionalism: Consistent application of WHS procedures, risk awareness,
and clear emergency response skills.
• Customer service: Clear communication with parents and patrons, progress updates,
and adaptable lesson plans for different learning needs.
• Teamwork & reliability: Positive colleague, punctual, and flexible to cover shifts on
weekdays and weekends.
My coaching philosophy is simple: create a safe, encouraging environment, meet
swimmers where they are, and build skills progressively so confidence grows with
competence. I plan engaging lessons, use concise demonstrations and feedback, and
celebrate small wins to keep swimmers motivated.
I would value the opportunity to contribute to your program and uphold high standards in
safety, service, and teaching quality. I’m available for immediate start and can offer flexible
hours.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to the possibility of discussing
how I can support your swim school and its community.
