Permanent, Full Time (1.0 FTE). Part Time (0.8 FTE) considered for the right applicant.
Salary range:
$76,393.10 - $80,290.77 per annum dependent on skills, qualifications and experience
Opportunity:
The Albany Leisure and Aquatic Centre (ALAC) is looking for an experienced and customer focused individual to join their Aquatics Team as a Duty Manager.
Reporting to the Aquatics supervisor, this role will see you responsible for providing supervision to the Lifeguards under direction by the Aquatics Supervisor, maintaining a clean and safe centre for patrons and working across ALAC to provide friendly and professional customer experience.
About You:
The successful candidate will be required to have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, the ability to supervise a small team, sound knowledge of pool operations and WHS and well-developed time management skills.
The Duty Manager role requires a Pool Operators and First Aid certification. Previous experience as a Duty Manager is highly desirable.
