Duty Supervisor Narrogin Regional Leisure Centre - Package up to $81k
Your New Role
As the Duty Supervisor, your primary goal will be to ensure a secure, safe, and well-maintained environment for our patrons. You’ll achieve this by overseeing facility presentation, managing water quality, and leading a team in skilled pool supervision. A key part of your role will be supporting and developing staff to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring patrons enjoy a positive and safe aquatic experience. You’ll also assist in coordinating daily operations, responding effectively to incidents, and ensuring all safety and compliance standards are met. Your leadership will foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the aquatic facility.
The successful candidate will require:
- Possess a valid Pool Lifeguard certification.
- First Aid Certification (Current).
- Hold a current unrestricted C - class national driver’s licence.
- Provision of a current Working with Children Card (essential).
- Current National Police Clearance.
Experience:
- Relevant experience in a similar role (desirable).
- Experience working with a collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience in customer focused environments.

- Salary package range of $61,008- $80,985per annum dependent on qualifications and experience inclusive of:
- Up to 15% with Council superannuation contribution
- 4 weeks’ Annual Leave
