AQUATIC EDUCATION SUPERVISOR - Package up to $75k
Your New Role
As the Aquatic Education Supervisor, you will play a pivotal leadership role in delivering high-quality aquatic education programs. You’ll be responsible for overseeing swim instructors, ensuring program consistency, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. Your day-to-day will involve mentoring staff, coordinating class schedules, engaging with families, and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the swim school. This is a dynamic position ideal for someone passionate about water safety, team development, and creating positive learning environments for swimmers of all ages.
The successful candidate will require:
- Austswim of equivalent Swim teachers Certificate.
- First-Aid Certification (current).
- Current Bronze Medallion.
- Hold a current unrestricted C-Class National Driver’s Licence.
- Provision of a current Working with Children (essential)
Experience:
- Relevant experience in a similar role (desirable).
- Experience working with a collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience in customer-focused environments.
- Relevant experience in supporting staff, suppliers, and user groups.

- Salary Package range of $61,207 to $74,886 per annum dependent of qualifications and experience inclusive of:
- Up to 15% with Council Superannuation contribution
